Ball Point Pens aka Biro Pens

It's suprised me that people other than our Purchasing Manager, John Scholefield, actually call Ball Point Pens, "Biro Pens", and there's thousands of internet searches for these stationery items every month. We're trying to find out what non stationery people sarch the internet for when looking for new products but it's hard as we're all immersed in the world of office supplies so tend to use industry terms for the products - like calling Tippex "Correction Media", Sticky Tac for Blutack and sticky notes for Post It Notes.
